We are excited to host our First Annual Jambalaya Cook-Off at the City Club – Downtown Baton Rouge. 

EVENT TIME(S):

8am – 6pm for Contestants | 2pm – 6pm for Members & Guest(s)

Game Day Watch Party: LSU vs OLE MISS - Kick-Off @ 2:30pm

Live Music: MICAH LIPSMEYER performing from 3:30pm – 5:30pm

cost: CCBR Members & Guest(s): $15.00 All-Inclusive Per Person

FREE TO THOSE AGES 12 and UNDER

Includes: Beer, Private Label House Wine (Red or White)

Plus, enjoy an evening of football with fellow Tiger fans as we watch the LSU at Ole Miss game!

COMPETITORS INFORMATION:

Contestant Entry Fee: $25.00

All-Inclusive Per Team | Limit of 20 Teams of 2

All participating competitors are expected to supply their own 5-quart cooking pot, gas burner, propane, and tent. A parking space will be provided. Serving cups and spoons will also be provided. Product lists will be provided to the Chef in advance upon registration to pre-purchase their recipe needs. (List to be emailed to Chef@BRCityClub.com)

JUDGING

Judging begins at 3pm.

All cooking teams will be judged by a panel of judges to declare the winner of City Club’s Jambalaya Cook-Off, and the party will continue.

(Must be redeemed within 1-year of Issue and cannot be applied to monthly dues.)

Excess food will be donated to the Baton Rouge Community Fridge program.
