CHRISTMAS IN MEXICO - Mezcal, Amaro Nonino, blood orange liqueur, fresh lemon and orange juice. Guests can make it spicy or substitute the mezcal with vodka or gin. A bright holiday twist on the classic Paper Airplane. Served up in a chilled coupe glass.
SMOKING JACKET - Ferrand Cognac, Black Note Amaro, Cartron cacao liqueur, and tobacco bitters, finished with grapefruit. A refined play on the classic Old Fashioned. Stirred with ice and served in a rocks glass.
CRUSHED VELVET - Bourbon, pomegranate juice, fresh lemon, and honey syrup, shaken with thyme and served up in a chilled coupe with a thyme garnish. Served up in a chilled coupe glass.
THE NAUGHTY LIST - Gin, blanc vermouth, cachaca, rum, Green Chartreuse, and Midori. An herbaceous and potent boozy cocktail served up in a chilled coupe glass. Garnished with a cherry.
STRAWBERRY COSMO - Strawberry syrup, juice, vodka, lime, and simple syrup. A well balanced and divine twist on the classic, served in a chilled martini glass.
OAK AGED SPIRIT FLIGHT - A curated tasting of four oak aged spirits, each served in a measured tasting pour to highlight its unique barrel profile and depth.
BALVENIE DOUBLEWOOD 12, SINGLE MALT SCOTCH - Complex, fruity, and honeyed from American oak and European sherry oak aging.
PENELOPE TOASTED, BOURBON - Notes of brown sugar, cinnamon, roasted marshmallow, and dried cherry.
ALMA DEL JAGUAR, MEZCAL - Caramelized vanilla, oak, spice, cooked corn, and citrus from mixed oak barrels.

Band Bio – The City Club Trio
The City Club Trio brings together three of Baton Rouge’s most respected musicians for a sound that is rich, soulful, and full of chemistry. This ensemble is made up of players who have shared stages with some of the region’s leading blues and country powerhouses.
Jason Hartley is a guitarist, composer, and music director whose work bridges Broadway, jazz, and contemporary music. As the former touring guitarist for Pretty Woman: The Musical, he performed for audiences around the world, and his experience as a bandleader and arranger brings creative depth and polish to every project.
Taylor Matherne is a Baton Rouge native with more than 25 years of experience as a performer, composer, and studio session player. Originally trained as a classical cellist, he later shifted his focus to bass, playing in jazz ensembles and a wide range of local bands across genres from funk and rock to gospel and experimental music.
Justin Beard is a Baton Rouge-born drummer and keyboardist who grew up playing jazz and performing with local bands as a teenager. He has become a fixture in the regional scene, known for his musicianship and steady groove across blues, country, and contemporary styles.
Together, they create an atmosphere that feels both timeless and alive, reflecting a shared love for the music of their hometown. As a new addition to the City Club family, The City Club Trio will feature a rotating lineup of Baton Rouge’s top-tier musicians, ensuring every performance brings something fresh, unexpected, and unforgettable.
